For all of those who dont know what adf.ly is i can tell you it's a "link shortening" website where you get payed for each time someone clicks at your link.
As you can se, when you open the program, all you have to do is to paste your link and press "start"
Then the program will connect you to an server and chose a random link from another user and visit it.
Ofcourse you will not get a single popup or have to do something by yourself, the bot will do the whole job
The more people who use the program the more $money$ everyone makes.
When you close the program your link is removed from the network and re-added once u start the program again.
The little arrow button in the corner will make the program hide in your tray bar.
